This Edwardian house was extensively refurbished and modernised by its existing owner. The construction was completed by A&i Construction under the guidance of Brod Wight Architects and the interior was designed by H2 Designs.

Struik and Hamerslag UK were responsible for most of the interior elements, including fibrous plasterwork, upholstery, timber flooring, stone and decorative glasswork, as well as the manufacture of all bespoke joinery and furniture.

The materials used throughout the project included Wenge, Macassar Ebony, polyester lacquers, antiqued mirror and various granites and marbles.
