The 47m yacht Va Bene was first launched in 1992 as Anthea with the original interior supplied by Struik and Hamerslag (Netherlands).
Va Bene was recently refitted by her latest owner, music legend Eric Clapton. The refit was completed at the Pendennis Shipyard with the interior remodelling designed by H2 Yacht Design. One of the owner’s main requirements was for a completely new owner’s suite to the forward main deck which resulted in a full beam bedroom and study, a larger bathroom and walk in dressing room. The project also included an extensive fit out of the crew quarters and a new bathroom to the VIP Guest suite. In 2009 Va Bene was a finalist at the Boat International World Superyacht Awards. |
